Mira 18.5-inch Disc Playing Music box with rich sound, was made around 1906 by Mermod Freres of Switzerland. Originally distributed by Chicago firm Lyon and Healy under the name Empress. This stunning and rare Mira 18.5”-inch music box is in great original condition. The case features lovely, applied decorations throughout, and the music box itself plays beautifully. The Zither attachment is in good working order. There are 35 Disks included with this box. All original condition, beautiful antique music box. Measures approx.29 inches L x 22 inches W x 42 inches T Includes original crank, key for the cabinet, and 35 Disks. Considered by collectors to be the finest sounding disc playing music box.
