Executive Orders -Signed personally by Tom Clancy, there are 12 of these books ( all being sold separately). These were personally signed by Tom Clancy for the collector. If you look at Mr. Clancy’s signature you can see on the next page where his sharpie bled through. The Collector thought this was such a wonderful book to read, that he purchased these to give to others, unfortunately he was never able to proceed with his plan. He would purchase books and give them to others that he felt would enjoy reading them but may not be financially able to purchase.
